Good luck to the women of Kyrgyzstan! People should not be criminalized for offering sexual services or offering to pay for them. It's a reactionary, moralistic crusade that simply drives the business underground, and by creating a black market, attracts more violence and other (real) crime. Furthermore it's a futile waste of taxpayer money, as there is no hope of ever stamping out prostitution. Let's end the second-class citizen status of sex workers and clients and make sure everyone has equal rights and is treated with dignity and afforded the same protections under the law.

"but on the other hand, after legalization prostitution would be considered as good. Such attitude would influence negatively to the institution of family. We should check not the results, but the reasons of that phenomenon in the society”

I agree. OK, sadly, it exists and it's even being encouraged/promoted by, ahem, 'certain groups'. Yet why reward depraved behavior that is basically a symptom of complete social rot? (no need to lecture on 'poverty' there's more going on than that)

I look forward for your post.

Been there, seen them, spoke about my view on the sex work (it is better to say sex work so I'd love the wording to be changed on neweurasia). will write a post soon about it. very strange comparisons made at the event.
