School Crimes

The number of video files showing the violence among teenagers in schools is growing. These video clips are recorded on mobile phones in schools and shared among pupils, and some can be watched on www.video.kg website, a YouTube analog in Kyrgyzstan. The school violence among teenagers, including boys and girls, has become a serious issue, so that the City parliament discussed the possible prohibition of using cell phones equipped with cameras. Society should really focus on teenagers problems, which are not solved. But it seems that nobody really cares about it.

Jeez… Prohibit using cell phones, so that such crimes can go unnoticed, huh?

Sad. Schools can get dangerous and urban violence seems to be a huge issue for a lot of teenage boys. No discussions whatsoever about it, would love to see someone writing about it…

Video sharing contributes to the growth of school crime and perhaps that is the reason why the City officials were considering measures to prohibit using cell phones with cameras in schools.
