Doctors do not learn a lesson
Not only Kazakhstan had a scandal over HIV infection recently, but Kyrgyzstan is also facing the problem of the HIV infection innocent children get. In Kyrgyzstan, two children were already infected with this dangerous virus over the last month during blood transfusion. Today about 1, 193 kyrgyzstani people live with the HIV infection and it is estimated that four children could have been infected in the hospitals. In 2005 two children from Osh city got this infection; one of them has died and another is 6 year old now.
It is known that a human being does not die because of a HIV virus; rather he dies as a result of another disease which the weak organism becomes prone to, say tuberculosis, kidney and liver diseases. So, there is a chance that these children will live. However, who is responsible for their life, medical expenses and moral side? Now, when these children are infected, would the government press the hospital workers and make them more responsible or will more children and adults become victims of incompetent doctors?

This must be a kind of a chain reaction through the whole central asian region. There was also a case with HIV and blood transfusion recently in Andijan. hmm…?
