One of them added that a deputy (of something she didn’t know) has promised to pay them 1.000 soms each for a day of the protests (about 27 dollars).

“My wife has died, I was drinking yesterday, and came here today…”, said another participant of the meeting, who looks like a homeless person. He also said that it is not only Bakiev’s fault, but all the protesters’. Why is he here then?
